Helping Creatives and Animal Lovers Feel Better While Giving Their All is Kind of My Thing...

YOU MIGHT HAVE SEEN My stories FEATURED IN:

I'm Katya—a breathwork guide and a dedicated feelings champion for those who give their hearts to animals and are driven to make art.

After fostering over 70 dogs and experiencing both the heights of creative success and the depths of burnout as a writer and performer, I've discovered what truly sustains us: turning compassion inward onto ourselves, no longer outsourcing but instead allowing the love we’ve been wishing for so that it blooms inside.

My journey has woven together stories of creativity & compassion.

As a recovering actress with a one-woman play and sold TV pilots under my belt, I understand the urgency to express and the pressure to perform. As a certified dog trainer, senior dog foster, and animal advocate, I've walked the tender path of grief and learned the healing power of empathy.

What I've discovered through both personal and professional experience is this: fulfillment in your work—whether creative or compassionate—comes when you grant yourself the space to breathe, feel, process, integrate and reconnect with your real self. When we stop abandoning or ignoring ourselves, we realize we are whole and capable, brave and valuable.

My Mission

To help you do the work you love without losing yourself in the process.

I Can Help You Do Your Best Work with Ease, Joy, and Balance.

Because I believe we are all capable of creating and serving with heart, enjoyment, resilience, and authenticity. But too often, the very work we are passionate about becomes the thing that drains us. My mission is to help you reclaim your energy, process the emotional intensity of your life and work, and guide you back to a place that feels right in your body, within you.

"Our breathwork session was the re-set that my body and mind needed. The impact of the one session has already been significant; I feel different and better, both physically and mentally."

-Suzie, from Texas Pets Alive!

"Katya gently but self-assuredly guided me, a writer seemingly wired to resist breathwork, into the practice and its profound benefits."

- Jackie, author

How My Journey Helps Me Support You

My path has been anything but linear, and I know that the creative process (and animal welfare) is full of ups and downs. Whether it’s the exhilaration of a new idea or the emotional weight of animal advocacy, I understand both the joy and the struggle that comes with doing meaningful work that comes from some place deep inside of us.

Creatives

You’re here because you’re driven by passion. Whether you’re writing your first screenplay, getting ready for an audition, or building your creative career, you want to make a difference with your art. But sometimes the pressure can leave you stuck, disconnected, or creatively drained. I’ve sold TV pilots, performed my own one-woman play, and written screenplays, and I know how hard it can be to feel stuck or burnt out. I’ll help you break through those barriers, find your voice, and reconnect with the joy of creation so you can keep doing the work you love.

Animal Advocates & Lovers

If you're working in animal shelters, fostering, or just deeply committed to the welfare of animals, I know how heavy the emotional toll can be. As someone who has fostered over 70 dogs, worked as a positive dog trainer, and volunteered in shelters, I know firsthand how burnout, compassion fatigue, and emotional exhaustion can sneak up on you. That’s why I combine breathwork, creative expression, and grief support to help you process your emotions, stay grounded, and keep showing up for the animals you love, without sacrificing your health or happiness.

Fun Facts About Me

(Because Why Not?)

Here are a few things that make me, well, me:

🐾

I love feet (Yes, you read that right! It’s not an Only Fans thing—don’t judge me!) Feet - and paws! - say SO MUCH about someone. I see you, there in your lower extremities 🙂

🎶

I’m obsessed with Tina Turner’s voice. There’s just something about her raw power and passion that makes her one-of-kind perfect in my eyes (and ears.)

🖊

I can’t get enough of e.e. cummings’ poetry—he speaks to my creative soul.

Having read what I’ve written above, these may go without saying, but:

→ Cringe is my love language.

→ I love the weirdos, I run towards them, I am one of them! Your authenticity will not cost you my affection.

→ I am a master of invisible spaces, the relationship between things, and to tuning into what is being ignored, how things connect. Access is what I came with and I’m honored by it.

These quirky little bits remind me that life is beautiful, messy, and meant to be enjoyed—and that’s the vibe I want to bring into everything I do with you.
